Hi! I am new here and have a question I'm sure you can help me with. I just
received the book this morning and briefly looked at the food list. I see
potatoes and sweet potatoes are avoids. Yet, I was looking at a paelo list of foods
on the internet and they had recipes that included sweet potatoes/yams? So
what is the consensus about sweet potatoes?
