Hi Sean

From what I understand from most MSG sensitive people is that protein powders
are a no go area. They are full of free glutamate. I have never tried them
though.

This would indicate to me that the person who posted after this who got
vertigo if taking more than 50gm was glutamate toxic. Vertigo is another of
the many symptoms it gives.
