There are a few species that cannibalize, boars for an example, they
eat carcasses of their own species, if they are dead.
There is usually a risk of infections, so I don't think this is
a usual thing. In this case the question is if we have evolved to
cannibalize, if so it would belong to our nature. But I doubt that.
Eating other species otoh belongs to our evolved nature so that is ok,
we are predators just like bears for example.
Why do you ask this question?
