i've been doing a lot of reading on the paleodiet
since i began it and have read lots about the
psychology of "ideal" diets like hygenics and the lot
of them. Now i'm trying to look at this from both
sides and always trying to be open minded and
objective, but is it possible that our paleodiet is
also one of the "ideal" diets? Meaning that we think
it is the best. And why wouldn't we. Is it possible
that we can fall into the trap as well? Any
thoughtson this one?
