Hi Marilyn,

are you educated in blood profiles?

I had 3 tests in 89 99 and 00
I had cholesterol 169 219 210
   triglycerides 83 94 112
            iron 137 95 176
uric acid 6.97 7.3
K and Ca at the upper ends
monocytes 8% 12% 12.8%
( that should be high (?) and between 98 and 98 I had a severe injury)

the last one was with
b1 66
folate 9.8
b6 16
b12 154 (then in had the supplement adventure)
c16 palmitin 718
LA (i.S.) 1145
ALA 66.4
GLA 16.3
c18 OA 695
c18 stearate 270
c22 docosan 24 (ref 8.5-35.7)
AA and EPA not measured

LDL and HDL what I hear about I couldn't find
I hardly ever supplemented, except occasionally vit C.

what do you think?

Cheers, Amadeus
