I agree. I don't see eye-to-eye with Michael on a
couple of issues, but then if we all agreed on
everything this list would be pretty boring. As it is,
I find this list to be most interesting I receive (and
I receive quite a few).

I am 42, and I have also had asthma and perpetual
sinus problems most of my life. Until now, that is. I
find the difference amazing without grains/milk. A
suggestion: drum it into your son's head that he MUST
continue with this way of eating to avoid recurrance
in the future. I only wish I'd known this 20 years ago.
