Interestingly, I have been thinking of mailing about my own skin problems.

These come apparent when I eat lots of nuts. Walnuts it seems especially.

It perplexes me that people focus so much on food allergies, thinking that
if they aren't allergic to some food they shouldn't have a reaction. I'm
not allergic to anything. But recently I read about the toxins in the skin
of certain nuts.

I am pretty sure that it is the toxins in foods, even paleo foods, that
cause this kind of reaction. Maybe some people are more sensitive to some
types of toxins than others. Probably all the sugar in your daughter's diet
aggravates or contributes to the problem. But I would say the chemicals
added may be more problematic. In my case, to completely eliminate the
problem would require a more balanced paleo diet, eating less nuts. .
