I don't worry about fiber. I eat veggies when I want to, not every day
and varying from a lot, like a salad, to a little. I have typically
carnivorous poops when I don't eat a lot of vegetable matter, and do
not always go every day. The quantity is reduced appropriately, but I
never become constipated, and I do not worry about not pooping. When I
do eat large amounts of veggies, I tend to have rather explosive
"purging" poops the next day. I crave protein much more than fruit or
veggies, and follow my instincts. I think "regularity" is overrated.
