Until they they see it on TV, most Americans won't believe anything.
Hopefully, the P.R. dept. of St. Martin's Press (me and Monica L's
publisher) will correct this problem when my expanded hardcover edition
comes out this fall.

Then perhaps they will recognise you for the pioneer in autism
treatment that you are!
