Actually Wade, I took a journal of my diet for over a year, which is
how I discovered my food allergies. Not only that, I eat like a hog...I
eat a lot. I eat pork, deer, buffalo, eggs, nuts...and occasionally
spelt bread.But I appreciate your advice.
