The following foods appear to give me trouble:

* dates (weakness, fatigue)
* figs (weakness, fatigue)
* apples (weakness, fatigue)
* bananas (pimples)
* tomatoes (fatigue, stomach ache, joint aches)
* garlic (headache, slow reactions, abdominal discomfort)
* champignon - agaricus bisporus (sharp pain in the head, crazy feeling)
* mackerel (indigestion)
* olive oil (greasy hair and skin, blown-up feeling)
* salt (tooth ache, bad teeth, headache, joint ache, bad skin)

(The reactions are not based on rigorous experiments.)
