Hi folks,

Do any of you know what foods contain lectins and how much is in those
foods? It's the grains, dairy, legumes and nightshade veggies.

These lectins are being implicated in autoimmune diseases.

It fits in so well with the paleo diet but I don't reemeber seeing a
discussion about them on this forum.

What I'd like to know (but not getting anywhere on the web) is which foods
are the highest in these lectins?

Are quinoa and millet allowed on the paleo diet (they do contain lectins)

I've read lots of article about lectins but none that tell me which foods
are the highests.

Thanks for any info anyone has.....

Alison
