This is allergy season in Japan. For the last 50 years the
ever-so-foresightful Govt. has been covering the island with a species
of cedar tree that 40% of the pop. are allergic to. Pollen counts are
rising. This is my first season to try it paleo. So far so good. I am
sleeping drug free for the first spring in years. Next month is the
true test.
