Generally, Canola Oil's main value is that it doesn't contain very much of
substances that should be avoided by modern day humans, such as Omega-6 fatty
acids.    It generally works better than the more paleo Olive Oil for some high
heat cooking situations, particularly those where the distinctive flavor of
Olive Oil would clash with the rest of the dish.
