Eating "breadless sandwiches" helped me. I use large leaf lettuce, like
Boston or read leaf, and then wrap a leaf around a piece of meat, a third
of a slice of cheese (I'm not completely off cheese yet, but getting
close), whatever else I have on hand, like a piece of tomatoe, cucumber,
sprouts, etc. My favorite is tuna salad with sprouts and a piece of bacon.

Now I don't miss the bread at all! Hang in there, the cravings **will**
pass.
