I know what you are going through, I too had the same experience about two months ago and couldn't find nothing that would take the pain away, till I was told about "Sinus Rinse Bottle Kit" by NeilMed.  It's a Volume Therapeutic Saline Nasal Irrigation and Moisturizing System.  You'll find it at any pharmacy it's over the counter.  Try it, it works like a charm.
