Everything is relative. There is a difference between a low carb diet and a
high carb diet.  A very low carb does not work for me.  Compared to the
average American I am on a low carb diet. However, I eat more carbs than the
atkins recommends.
I guess it goes back to everyone needs to find what works for them.
