My carb level is between 20g and 50g per day. Usually I have a
piece of fruit in the morning and a sweet potato in the evening.
Sometimes I have watermelon in the evening instead, or
blueberries in the morning, or whatever.

I'm not monitoring ketones, since ketostix are pretty unreliable
anyway. I'm certain that I'm in ketosis much of the time. At
this carb and calorie intake level I could hardly fail to be.

There seems to be a lot of individual variation on this. Also, I
probably have more body fat to draw on than you do.
