unless your ancestors were from the tropics and had access to tropical
fruits, "paleo carbs" is a bit of an oxymoron apart from the 1-2 months per
year when berries were available. if you have hypoglycemic symptoms you're
almost certainly eating too many carbs.  however adequate omega-3 oils, and
vitamins A and D are also needed for blood sugar balance.
