Pardon my ignorance, but does anyone know how cornish hens are raised?  I
ask because I recently cooked one and was struck by the wild "gamey" taste
of eat.  I generally consume a lot of chicken, and it was easy to tell the
differences between the cornish hen and supermarket chicken.  I just
wondered what the differences are in diet, etc. between chicken and cornish
hen.
