I've been using ONLY free-range organic eggs, mostly from the
farm up the road from me, for 3 years now.  I make mayonnaise
(paleo, of course, thanks Ray) from these eggs (raw), and I occasionally
have fried eggs with runny yolks, and have never had an episode
of food poisoning.
