well, if u say these are essential, what are they used for, in and of
themselves? ie not what does the body use the conversion fatty acids [EPA,
DHA, DPA - ie the truly essential fatty acids].

Erasmus is well-known to be a clown and liar like Cordain and Sears.  He
advocates using linseed, for example, because it has a clear, yellow colour
[amadeus also thinks this is a winning point].
