I had an interesting experience recently. One night I went crazy and ate a
lot of ice cream and chocolate and cheese. It was disgusting, and soooo
delicious. oh well. the next morning, let's see, how do I phrase this,
nothing wanted to exit. I remembered someone on this list said that if you
drink enough water you won't have this problem. I drink a LOT of water but
dehydrate very quickly. So I chugged two 24 oz botles of water (not fun when
you're not thirsty!) and within 30 or so minutes things were working
properly again.
The reason I found this experience interesting is that it added to my
growing dislike and distrust of drugs and drug manufacturers; it's becoming
pretty obvious to me that a drug company wants to sell me drugs because they
can't sell me things like water or sunlight or whatever. And in the past,
being brainwashed, I would have gone right for the drug. It would never have
occurred to me to drink a ton of water.
I wonder how many drugs are really completely unnecessary because you could
just drink some water or eat some type of food or whatever? I bet it's a
very high percentage . . .
