Any reason your posts always end up late date-wise?

Anyway, bay scallops are likely polluted beyond recall, though there may be
some controversy about this. The "big ones" are scraped from ever deepening
Pacific waters, and are "pure"--probably not paleo (how could a paleo get
such deep water shellfish ?)--but somewhat ouchy environmentally. Further,
the big ones are often set in preservatives (some not).
