I don't know how paleo arrow root is in its ground form. But given it is
edible raw and a starch then perhaps you could use arrow root with ground nuts
to make a nice stodgy dough ball, bread, pancake, cracker or whatever you felt
like. I know that when I need something starchy I make myself something along
these line to stop a cheat. Infact I just made a ground almond and arrow root
pancakes with egg and coconut milk and I had maple syrup and red currents over
it. But then I am not trying to loose weight only maintain it at 5ft 9 and 9
stone.
