Greetings,
Speaking from very personal and very painful experience:  If you have
high blood pressure then you must eat *no* grains at all in order to see
an improvement.   Now that I eat no grain what so ever I can have as
much or as little salt as I please.

In my personal experience salt is a non factor once you *totally* remove
the grains.  This is, however, only my very personal experience.  Your
mileage may vary ....
