Interesting! I've not seen any of these studies, but I suppose I'll be
looking for them now. I've been on meds for arrhythmia since 1977, more
than half my life. I can't say I've noticed any particular results from
taking fish oil, but maybe I haven't taken it in sufficient dosage.

What I HAVE noticed in the last couple of years is that when I keep my carbs
low, I have fewer problems with a too-rapid/irregular heartbeat.
Low-glycemic vs high-glycemic also makes a difference; however, some l-g
foods can elicit a response. For several years I had gotten to where I
almost dreaded mealtimes because of the elevated heart rate & pounding
feeling that would immediately follow. It helps to be a conscious eater.
