Amen. All this neurochemical-junky "I wanna have x% body fat" "I should be
able to run 1000 miles every day and lift 1 ton in 1 second" "Tom Venuto
and Arnold are my paleo idols" lifestyle sounds more unpaleo than my
sourdough rye bread.
