In NeanderThin (Alex) and now John has mentioned "uncured bacon". Alex
also mentions eating in a restaurant that served "uncured bacon". Where
can I buy this (or what restaurant serves it). Here in the Ozarks, it's
all "cured".

Thanks,
Pat R.
