I think this is sound advice.  Sometimes just being in the presence of
someone talking your blood pressure makes you nervous enough to effect your
BP reading.  One time at the emergency room, they measured it when I came in
and it was very high.  By the time I had calmed down a bit about a half hour
later, they measured it again and it was on the low end of normal.  Just
have him get retested somewhere he is comfortable with the surroundings and
the people (if I was at a blood drive, I'd certainly be nervous!!)
