Greetings all,

I have question about myself that you folks may have
some insight to. I am a current mainstream eater just
learning about the paleo diet/lifestyle. I notice
lately that my face is getting more and more
reddish/orange-ish in coloration. I also notice that
there is a product pushed by pharmaceticul comp. that
deals with red facial coloration. Now, I would never
use the drug comp.'s product, (I am happy to say that
acupuncture, herbs, & hypnotherapy have been my
healing tools for over a decade, but I am intrigued.

A little bit more about myself: I am 35 and in good
health, I am still nursing my 15 mo old daughter, (she
gets about 95 % of her calories from me, I think.) My
periods are returning slowly, about one every 45 days.
I do have a great deal of stress in my life and no
real exercise routine. I am of average to
below-average weight, my complexion is usually fair
but I had a nasty greasy break-out on my face last
month that I am still recovering from.

I appreciate the posts on this list. I am learning
much and can actually visulize the day that I am paleo
too. I can see the older my daughter gets the more I
want to be there as a role model for her.

Diana
