Regarding my earlier post, I know I could control the roseacea better if I
were stricter on paleo, my cheating is a little bit but it's every week.
But also, I've always had cold sores that my dermatologist has put me on
daily meds for and without them I tend to get a cold sore at least once a
month or more. Well, since changing my diet as much as I have, even with
the cheating, it's been months now since I've had anything worth being
bothered about and even that may be non-existent if I paid more attention to
what I ate.
