Being able to eat a fair amount is nice but having Crohn's is not. I started
down the paleo road by eating no grains (After reading Breaking The Vicious
Cycle) and now eat meat, veggies, and fruit with some fish, and eggs. I
rarely eat nuts as I don't usually feel too well after eating them and yes
it is hard to eat just one :)
