I saw a news feature on the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corp.) that was on
organic produce (meat and vegetables) They were profiling Organic and Non-
Organic farms. At an non-organic egg farm they described how new-born
chicks that were born male were promptly ground into feed. Whether they
were fed to the other chickens wasn't mentioned. Pretty nasty.
