There's a great website on coconut oil -- <A

articles and links as well as the best unrefined virgin coconut oil -- I buy
it by the gallon -- it's expensive but it's the best and it lasts forever.
Did a little paper on coconut oil last Spring -- only five pages with about
five pages of references -- let me know if you want to read it.
