Well, if you are not particularly paranoid then no - aluminum oxide forms
on the surface preventing aluminum leaching. However, this is just an
approximation (i.e. 0 leaching is an approximation). There is probably
some. I am personally not concerned enough with it to eliminate all foods
canned in aluminum. I am also taking silica gel, and if I remember correctly
it helps to remove aluminum from the body.

I'm not especially paranoid about aluminum. I had a hair analysis done in the
last year and was found to have very high levels of aluminum. Since I havent
used aluminum pots or pans in the last 25 years, I am at a loss to figure out
where all that aluminum is coming from, and given the situation, didnt want
to add much more.

Thanks for your help,

Love, Sandy
