If your experience turns out like mine, combining NeanderThin
(get the book if you haven't) and weightlifting results in
dramatically reduced body fat percentage (e.g. "cuts") plus
increased muscularity. Not only is it the "natural diet"
is is the "natural badybuilder diet". Good luck.
