That's a good idea. I'd like to do a "true" fast eventually, but this is an
excellent option for the next step. And let's face it: varying meals and
timing is quite Paleo.

Right now I'm averaging a skipped dinner every 5th night or so. I'll cut
back on that once I actually perform a full one day fast.
