Undigested food in the stool generally means a spastic bowel that is pushing
food through too quickly, before it can be digested and absorbed. It's
generally a symptom of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), which is greatly
exacerbated by excess carbohydrates in the diet, especially grain.
