Plenty of oil on my salads (olive and nut oils), avacado oil, coconut oil,
eggs, guacamole, some butter and bacon grease. I feel some guilt on that
last one since I can't afford the good stuff (salt-cured, hormone-free), but
I plan on looking into this. Sorry, it's just to good NOT to eat.
Hopefully, good pork fat is relatively cheap. Yeah, right!

Funny you should say that; I ate a thee-egg omelette with one slice of
bacon, guacamole and onions at around 7:30 this morning. I didn't even
begin to feel any hunger pangs until around 4 o'clock. I enjoyed an
artichoke with bacon grease fer dippin' and I'm feelin' fine at 9:30 PM.
