Dear Dori,

Thank you so much for your kind reply.  As for my "way cool title", you
were not insulting my intelligence at all.  As you get close to finishing
your Ph.D.,  what you really learn is everything you *don't* know, which is
rather a hell of a lot!!!

BTW, I am a doctor of engineering, not medicine,; so I am a layman when it
comes to working out dietary stuff.
