The weekly circulars arrived yesterday. Fairway, a local supermarket, 
is advertizing:

Aussie-American Boneless Leg of Lamb
Aussie-American Frenched Rack of Lamb ("The best of both worlds!")

What could the lamb be? Australian lamb should be grass-fed. American 
lamb is only grass-fed if from a boutique farmer.
