Hello Don,

I am not further interested in what you have to say. I have just as
much knowledge to share and right to be here as you do. No where is
there a rule, that to be on this list, you cannot eat any grains. So I
suggest you find an outlet for your pent-up anger, it seems very
impolite, and rather than paleolithic, it is imbecilic.
