Just as a personal observation I would like to second this general
thought.  Despite the price of quality paleo foods our overall grocery
bill has dropped quite a bit simply because we eat so much less now.
It was like a tribe of ravenous hyenas the first couple of weeks and
then we dropped to less than half the older SAD amounts.

Just thought I would add that for anyone just starting up.   :-)
