Hi Jerry;

There was a study out just a few weeks ago that found toxic materials (PCBs
etc.) in the skin of farmed salmon 10 x greater than had been observed
before. I think it was determined that the toxins were from the feed given
to the fish if I'm not mistaken and it was recommended that salmon be eaten
once a month with the skin cut off. However, people like Andrew Weir
announced on Larry King Live that he wouldn't eat any farmed salmon, period.
I would agree with him.
