Well, I think you're both onto something very interesting, and I'd love
to read both your books!  I've found great comfort and support from
reading your messages on this subject --- my own pre-Paleo symptom list
included anxiety, irritability, insomnia, depression, and extreme
instability in my energy level (periods of hyperactivity alternating
with periods of having to be scraped up off the floor and put to bed),
so I find it validating and encouraging to learn of how others have
overcome much worse mental and emotional problems than mine without
dangerous psychoactive drugs and the like.
