You could but it will be a very rare occurence . To sale cheaply eggs on a
commercial scale there is no way out you have to give the chickens very
little space and crappy industrial food.
Commercial certified  organic are little bit better food wise and are not
medicated .
Free range doesn't mean that much when the law allow so little of outdoor
space for each chicken .( at the minimum required by law it doesn't improve
the diet or the health of the chickens.
