Where do any primates get calcium.  None drink milk in Nature.

Hunter-gathers likewise seem to have no problems with calcium.  Their
diets range from all meat (Inuit)to over 70% vegetables (!kung).

Perhaps you should ask "what is it in an agricultural diet that draws
calcium out of the body?".
