Indeed, the 3-part "Adventures in Diet" article by Stefansson is one of the
treasures of my (very) modest library. I would be happy to digitize it and
run it through OCR software, but since the articles were published in 1960
I believe they would still be covered under copyright law.  I believe I
would need permission from either Harper's or Stefansson's estate to reprint
it electronically. I've been meaning for some time to contact Harper's, but
I lack any kind of address for them.
