Hi All,
I just read a very interesting article which offers another perspective on
what may have moved hunter-gatherers to take up agriculture and
domestication of animals. The evidence is presented to suggest that the
comfort-inducing, addictive peptides from the partial digests of cereal and
dairy proteins may have been the motivating factor. This article can be
